Associate Director of Coaching, Career & Leadership for MBA & Alumni

Susanne has over 20 years of experience in the field of education and career development, focusing on graduate-level advising and coaching with M.B.A., M.S.A., M.S., and Ph.D. students at Princeton University, Duke University, and the East Carolina College of Business.  She emphasizes career exploration and self-empowerment, encouraging students to be nimble in their job search while supporting them in the goal-setting and planning process.  Her main goal is to prepare students to become career and life problem solvers, equipping them for a dynamic career lifespan.

Susanne holds her Ph.D. in Educational Research and Policy Analysis from North Carolina State University, has a Career Development Facilitator Certification from the NCDA, and is also Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
