With the Great Resignation underway there is lots of churn in the job market and many people are looking to do something different.  But finding a job in a new field or industry can be challenging and there is lots of competition out there. Searching online job postings and submitting the same old resume is not going to get you there. So, what will?

As part of the Career & Leadership coaching team at UNC Kenan-Flagler since 2012, Elizabeth Wallencheck, has 30+ years of career-management experience including 12 years as a consultant for a global career-transition firm where she delivered coaching and training services, including executive-level programs.  Prior to that, Elizabeth spent 13 years in career development within higher education, serving as assistant director, career services, at a large public university in Ohio.  A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she earned a Master of Science in Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany.
